1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in original, unused condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documents.
- Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@rolexflair.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is well-protected for transit.
- Ship Your Return: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship your item back. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for most products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the exchange. The item must be returned within 30 days in its original, unused condition.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or Personalized Products: These items are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective.
- Final Sale Items: Any products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the damaged or defective item at no additional cost. Once we receive the item, we will offer a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
7. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. International customers must ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and with all original packaging. International returns must comply with the same 30-day return window.
